Refocusing

Our Refocusing Strategy is for a local church that does not have a clearly defined and articulated vision and needs an envisioning process. The church as a whole has not bought into the vision as of yet. This strategy provides one-on-one encouragement and training for pastors and churches via trained facilitators to lead networks. Attention is given towards the ten key questions crucial to a successful Local Church Refocus. The Refocusing process is a journey of spiritual discovery where the congregation gathers to listen to the Lord, the head of the church, in order to discover His answers to the critical core questions for refocusing the church.
