Our Staff Members The staff at Church Revitalization 101 has spent many years devoted to the christian faith. Our staff enjoys sharing that faith and knowledge with others in the church revitalization community. Our staff enjoys serving the church health community.

Tom Cheyney  (Dr.)  Dr. Tom Cheyney has served as a church planting specialist for over ten years with the Church Planting Group of the North American Mission Board and has worked helping churches in church growth and revitalization for fifteen. He is the co-author of Spin-Off Churches: How One Church Successfully Plants Another and has written extensively on sponsoring church and church revitalization issues. Previously has been an Association Director of Missions as well as planting and pastoring growing churches. Tom has been a Southern Baptist pastor and home missionary for over thirty years. Tom is often called on for training of church planting conferences, church renewal weekends, and church revitalization training. Having served as an Association Director of churches he has worked with churches of all sizes helping them revitalize and become healthy once again. Currently, Tom is working on a series of 500 Church Revitalization resources on DVD and these resources are being released during his Revitalization workshops. Additionally he is working with Dr. Rodney Harrison on another Church Revitalization Book dealing with the Seven Pillars of Church Revitalization. Dr. Rodney Harrison  (Dr.)  Dr. Rodney A. Harrison (Consultant & Trainer) After twenty years as a church planting specialist in California, the Dakota’s and Minnesota, Harrison accepted an academic past as a professor of Church Planting at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri. Currently, Rod serves as the Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Director of Doctoral Studies, where he has successfully implemented doctoral programs in Church Planting, Church Revitalization and a Spanish-language track in Missional Leadership. In the classroom, he teaches Administration, Education and Church Planting courses. Outside of the class he continues to work with new and sponsoring churches in the United States and Europe. He is currently starting a new work in Missouri. Additionally, he is the co-author of Spin-Off Churches: How One Church Successfully Plants Another and has written extensively on sponsoring church issues. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Missions Administration and has done post-doctoral work in Historical Theology. Paul Smith  (Rev.)  Paul E. Smith is currently pastor of Life Church a church plant church and has led his church to start twenty-four other church plants in North America, Peru, and Panama in just eight years. Paul Smith has grown three church plants and has been a successful church planter coach for the past ten years. Paul has trained church planters all across the world. He has spoken motivationally for Corporations and consulted with numerous business and Judges. Paul's church has served as a lab for much of our key learning's in the area of revitalization as he has had to refocus his church as the result of Hurricane Katrina and yet it survives as a vital church on the northshore in Mandeville.

Mark Weible  (Rev.)  Mark Weible serves in the strategic city of Orlando where he serves as the Church Planting Director of the Greater Orlando Baptist Association. Mark is a passionate coach and a tremendous church planting consultant. Mark is a certified Natural Church Development coach and a Google Adwords Advertising Professional.
